1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns, including re-cleaning the area in question if necessary.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service Issues: If we are unable to resolve your service concerns after a re-cleaning, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Pre-Paid Services: If you cancel pre-paid services more than 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

Same-Day Bookings: Services booked and canceled on the same day are not eligible for a refund.
